Joni Burton

President

Joni Burton, President of Trasys, is responsible for all Trasys operations and works closely with Trasys customers and the IT community. Burton’s focus is to assure that Trasys adds value in every engagement whether it is a project or staffing solution.

Since taking over Trasys, Burton has built an experienced sales and delivery team and increased service offerings assuring the Trasys can bring the best Information Technology talent to its customers.

Burton has a Bachelor of Science Degree from The Ohio State University and is a seasoned senior management executive with 24 years of experience developing winning teams and motivating them to exceed goals and reach their highest potential.

Prior to joining Trasys, Burton was Area Director for CIBER, an international IT consultancy and Territory Manager for CompuCom. Additionally, Burton was Area Vice President for Whittman-Hart (marchFIRST/Divine) where she was instrumental in taking the firm from an unknown consultancy to one of the leading firms in the country.

Burton is active in The Circuit, a regional Information Technology Association, 100 Wise Women and BizWomen Cabinet. Burton is also working with the not-for-profit, Repair the World, which provides environmentally-friendly apparel to affect social change.
