Stefany L. Hardewig is Director of Recruiting at Trasys with more than 13 years of progressive experience in Human Resource Management and recruiting, primarily in the area of information technology and professional services management. As a member of Trasys’ executive team, Hardewig helps formulate the company’s strategy and future growth plans.

Hardewig is responsible for daily operations of the national recruiting team, human resources, recruiting, employee relations, personnel and succession planning, career consulting, and human resource strategy development.

Prior to joining Trasys, Hardewig held leadership and recruiting positions at both local and national Information Technology Consulting companies and is considered one of Cincinnati’s top recruiting professionals. Her experience encompasses both technical and behavioral based recruiting techniques which her team applies to align the required consultant and employee qualifications with customer needs.
