Many organizations at some point face one or more projects that are considered business critical, but appear to be demonstrating symptoms of distress. These might included missed deadlines, budget overruns, conflicting progress communications or dissatisfied stakeholders. Where business management identifies such a concern, Trasys senior PM specialists can perform a rapid health evaluation to identify the barriers to success within a project, then recommend and implement a plan of action to get the project back on track.

The project health assessment touches 20 project ‘vital signs’ to identify where problems exist. Findings from this analysis also inform an action plan on what can be done to recover value from the project and complete it.
